The cost of a school breakfast will remain the same for the 2014-2015 school year. However, an increase of .25¢
per school lunch has been approved. Listed below are some of the factors considered in determining the necessity for the meal price increase:
- Increased cost of food, cleaning and disposables.
- All grains served must be “whole grain”, thus resulting in higher food cost.
- Serving sizes of fruits and vegetables for breakfast/lunch have increased.
- Increased cost of new equipment, equipment repairs and operational supplies.

Congratulations to all of the performers in the YES talent show for the wonderful displays of their talent. Thank you to their parents for allowing them to participate in this fun event.
